» Infinity Jewellery & Bullion has the rights to modify or cancel any booking of gold or silver done by customers if advance payment of 25% of the total sale value is not been received by infinity jewellery & bullion from the customers through banking channel only within three working days from the date of the booking. The cancellation can also be due to price fluctuations/force majeur/non availiblity of goods. Any cancellations of booking will be at the sole discretion of Infinity Jewellery and Bullion.

» Incase of any issue with regards to delivery of gold/silver then mail has to be sent to infijab@gmail.com or registered post has to be sent at the following address – Shop no 13, (old no 87, new no 92), 1st floor, c t street, bangalore – 560002.

» The booking rate confirmation sms sent by Infinity jewellery & bullion is only for reference purpose. Infinity jewellery & bullion will send delivery confirmation sms to the registered mobile no of the customer which shall be legally binding. Infinity jewellery & bullion will not be responsible incase the sms confirmation is not delivered due to the sms operators or customers network issue.

» The customer accepts & allows Infinity Jewellery & Bullion to record voice calls and conversations with them over mobile phone or landline for confirmations, training, monitoring & legal purpose. Whatsapp confirmations will also be legally binding. Incase of any dispute these recording can be legally valid as proofs
